Sr. Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Sr.Maintenance Technician on 1st Shift to ensure all molding, processing, and assembly automation equipment as well as building and grounds are maintained for peak efficiency and reliability and appearance, to produce quality product and minimize production downtime. Pay depends on experience (negotiable)

Key responsibilities include:

·Install, set up and troubleshoot injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment and assembly equipment 

·Diagnose malfunctions through use of proper test equipment

·Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all injection molding machines, automation, and assembly equipment

·Properly document repairs through use of Maintenance Work Order System

·Participate in problem solving and process improvement project teams on existing and new equipment

·Perform work on electrical circuits, not to exceed a Class 1per NFPA-70

·HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, heat pump maintenance

·Barrel and screw measurement, service, and maintenance

·Ensure adherence to all OSHA and company safety regulations and guidelines, and reinforce these requirements to peers including:


oMachine guarding requirements

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities include:

  • 5+ years of directly related maintenance and repair experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and problem solving on a variety of machines and equipment such as injection molding machines, automation and robotics
