As a Customer Service Representative you will address general inquiries, schedule appointments, and dispatch maintenance tickets. The right Customer Service Representative has at least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced call center, has positive and infectious energy and services internal and external customer with the utmost professionalism.

Customer Service Representative Details 

  • Location: Irvine (on-site, all safety cautions are being followed)
  • Type: Temporary (2-3 months), potential for extension
  • Schedule: Must be flexible to work within office operations! - Monday - Sunday | 8am - 7pm, rotating schedules
  • Pay: $19/hr
  • Start: ASAP
  • On-boarding: Background and drug screen required!

Customer Service Representative Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience
  • Professional and customer-focused demeanor
  • Effective communication skills - written and verbal
  • Must be comfortable learning new programs and using multiple at a time
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Act with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
