Pay: $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr You will be working with a team that is committed to improving the quality of life for the patients they serve while handling a high call volume, providing a variety of services such as order placement, order status, and payment processing. This position has the potential of becoming a permanent opportunity within the company.
- Handle high call volume both in-bound and out-bound
- Resolution of customer account inquiries
- Provide accurate information in a professional manner
- Assist with placement of orders, process payments, refunds, or exchanges
- Inform customers of deals and promotions, answer questions about warranties and terms of sale
- Persuade customers to reconsider the cancellation of products or services
- Sell products and services and solicit sales of new or additional products or services
- One year of Customer Service experience required
- HS Diploma or GED
- High-level computer proficiency, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer literacy
