is seeking a Plastic Operator on Third Shift to visually inspect injection molded product, perform manual and automated assembly, follow work instructions and properly pack and label product.



Key Responsibilities Include

• Keep pace/timing with the rate of molding presses, hot stampers, pad printers, assembly machines or any other operation related machinery

• Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts per quality criteria; check for contamination

• Complete appropriate documentation accurately and according to cGDP

• Access, read, comprehend and follow operator’s guide and work instructions

• Trim and package parts according to customer standards

• Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shifts and share information with Mold Techs about problems or process variations

• Log scrap into IQMS/ERP system accurately

• Ability to enter, print and scan labels accurately

• Maintain and exceed efficiency levels

• Be able to perform all jobs within the department rotation, when applicable

• Complete all 5S activities at the end of a job and the end of the shift

• Some programs may have vision requirements

• Other duties as assigned


Position Qualifications Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities include:

• Basic reading, writing and math

• Manual dexterity to handle small parts

• Ability to perform visual inspection

• Clear and concise communication skills

• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work independently
